You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in Canada to purchase a ticket. By buying, you confirm both conditions are true. We may verify age and location and void purchases that do not meet these requirements.

Ticket sales are final once an order is confirmed. We may refund and cancel a ticket if we discover an error in pricing, processing, or eligibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cancelled draws trigger automatic refunds within 14 business days.

All content on play-canada.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia or its licensors and protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to purchase tickets.
• Attempt to circumvent age or location verification.
• Interfere with the operation of the site or any draw.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the operator is registered. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
